How to Redeem a Coupon

• Please double-check the terms and conditions of your Coupon (for example, what product or kind of product applies to and/or if a minimum order amount is required) and until when it is valid.
• Add products to your shopping cart.
• In the Shopping Cart page, click on Use Coupon Code, insert your Coupon Code and click on Apply Coupon.
• The applied discount will be visible, preceded by the minus sign, below your order Sub-Total.
  
• Send your order.

Troubleshooting

In case of problems, please check the most common causes of trouble:

• Your Coupon Code was not typed correctly.
• Your Coupon Code is valid, but at the moment your cart contains only products to which the promotion is not applicable (in most cases they could be products with a special price applied). Please add to your cart one or more valid products and try again.
• Your Coupon Code is valid, but at the moment your order Sub-Total has not yet reached the minimum amount required by your Coupon. Please add to your cart enough products to reach the minimum amount required (excluding shipping) and try again.
• Your Coupon Code is not yet active.
• Your Coupon code is not valid anymore.
