Reviews

Classical Guitar Magazine (04-2014)
This new publication is a very lavish production with a beautifully simple but attractive front cover, a clear and precise visual score and an interesting and informative Preface by Angelo Gilardino. These 25 studies have been the staple diel of thousands of guitarists over the years and due to the attractiveness and technical usefulness of each one, their popularity has never waned. ... Every teacher worth their salt will suggest differIng fingerings for their students but for anyone using this book and trying out Lucio Matarazzo's suggestions it would be a good start as they contain useful ideas for both hands. A recommended purchase for anyone considering starting to work through this material and hasn't already got an edition already.
