Bernardino Zanetti (*1961)
Bernardino Zanetti was born in Musile di Piave (Venice) and he obtained several diplomas, in particular in Organ and Organ composition, Piano, Prepolyphony and Gregorian Music, Choral music and Choir Conduction, Singing (singer’s area), Singing (didactics’ area), Vocal chamber music.
As organist he has held concerts in Italy, Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, Poland and other European Countries; as choir conductor he earned national prices, held concerts all over Europe and recorded TV shows for: Italy, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium. He has recorded several CDs as organist, choir conductor and singer with several chamber choirs.
His vocal and instrumental compositions have obtained prices and acknowledgements in several competitions and have been published by Edizioni Musicali Europee (Milan), Associazione Cori Piemontesi and Armelin (Padova). Organ and piano player for several vocal and instrumental groups, he is moreover President of the Associazione Accademia Musicale of San Donà di Piave (Venice).
As soloist singer he has sang for the Conservatorio B. Marcello and the La Fenice theater Caldara’s, Lotti’s and Fauré’s operas and some contemporary authors such as Petrassi, Mortari, Busotti, Nono and Sinopoli.
