Secure Transactions with Setefi and PayPal
For the sake of security, our website make use of Setefi and PayPal secure payment gateways.
Credit card information are cryptographed and inserted directly on Setefi or PayPal website. Ut Orpheus Edizioni does not collect your credit card information. We only receive from BankPass or PayPal the authorization to the transaction.
Your credit card will be charged at the moment of delivery for the amount related to the shipped products.

Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on total weight, delivery location and requested shipping method. Before sending order, you can find a shipping estimation on the shopping cart page ('Your Order'). Shipping is free on orders over € 59.00. The offer is valid for both National and International Shipping (Italy, Europe and Extra Europe).

Order processing
Ut Orpheus editions and products are always immediately available. All orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. During the month of August, for the Summer closing, times are subject to vary.
Shipping times depend on the shipping service chosen by the customer during the checkout procedure and the relative shipping location.

Invoicing (EUROPE ONLY)
If an invoice is required, you should indicate it in the Notes field of the Order Form or by writing to orders@utorpheus.com.

Right of Withdrawal
Within the meaning and rules of italian D.Lgs. 185/99 (Directives on the protection of Consumers), the Consumer acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business or profession can exercise his right of withdrawal within a maximum of 10 working days from the day of receipt of the goods. Right of withdrawal is not applicable to Subscriptions.
Returns must be authorized by Ut Orpheus Edizioni prior to shipping. All shipping costs must be paid by the purchaser.
